ABOUT

Built by people who've been on the receiving end.

Baxtage is built from inside the businesses it serves — not from a deck. One operator, one runtime, one set of standards.

01 / ORIGIN

How Baxtage started.

Baxtage is the consolidation, not the first attempt. The founder spent years as a CTO inside a real operating company — Biosel Solar (BSPL), a 26 MWp-plus active EPC firm — shipped multiple things under earlier labels, and built credibility across creative disciplines (music, tattoo, theatre, design) long before any of it carried a brand worth keeping.

The company exists because every business he touched started looking like a system that could be rewritten more cleanly. SoftSol was not a project he imagined — it was a system he could not stop seeing inside his father's company. Ledger, Foreman and the GRP card-and-app are the same pattern applied to accounting, full-stack development, and creative community.

02 / MISSION

Why we build.

Creativity and commerce have been kept artificially separate in India for too long. The best businesses of the next decade will be built by people who refuse to choose between them — between operating and building, between Mumbai and the world, between art and engineering.

Baxtage runs an agency, a portfolio of native software products (SoftSol, Ledger, Foreman), and a creative community (Green Room Project, with a fashion label under research) — all under one operator, one agent runtime, one set of standards. The integration is the moat.

Years of guitar

Twenty years old. Born 5 August 2005, Ahmedabad. Founder of Baxtage. CTO at Biosel Solar Pvt. Ltd. AuDHD treated as architecture, not diagnosis — pattern recognition runs in the background, hyperfocus is a feature he can deploy, systems thinking is not a skill learned in a course.

Not a first-time founder.

Baxtage is the third or fourth attempt at building something that lasts, finally consolidated under a single name with intentional scaffolding behind it. He apprenticed inside a real company (BSPL) before launching anything under his own brand, shipped multiple projects under earlier labels (music releases, design work, production projects), and has a track record of finishing what gets started — twelve years of guitar, four-plus years of patchwork tattoo, theatre from nine to sixteen, CTO at BSPL, and now Baxtage.

Twelve years of guitar. Music production across Ableton, FL Studio, Logic Pro. Forty patchwork tattoos. Theatre from nine to sixteen. Speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati. Lives a four-city operating rotation — Mumbai, Dubai, London, Sydney — that maps to the geography of Baxtage's distribution.

04 / VALUES

What we won't compromise.

Four standards that decide what gets shipped and what gets cut. They are not aspirations — they are constraints.

01

The operator's eye.

We only build what we'd run ourselves. SoftSol started because the founder is CTO of a real EPC firm. Ledger because we run the books. Foreman because we ship code daily. The product is the customer's problem we already have.

02

Audit-grade by default.

Every agent action — in Ledger, in Foreman, anywhere — is reversible, source-linked, and signed. We don't ship black boxes. The audit trail is the product.

03

Patience over speed.

Baxtage is a 10-year plan with quarterly milestones, not a 12-month sprint. We are not building this for an exit. We are building it because we cannot imagine doing anything less ambitious.

04

Creativity and commerce, joined.

The agency funds the products. The products credibilise the community (GRP). The community provides distribution. None of these are side projects — they are the same company, with the same standards, behind one operator.

NEXT

One operator. One runtime.
