These terms govern your use of the Baxtage website. Please read them carefully; by using the Site you accept them.

01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Baxtage Labs ("Baxtage", "we", "us" or "our"), an AI-native software studio based in Mumbai, India and in registration as a private limited company. They apply to the website at thebaxtage.com and related pages (the "Site"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational and business purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the Site;
• scrape, harvest or copy content other than as permitted; or
• misrepresent your identity or submit false information.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice where necessary to protect it or its users.

03Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, code, graphics, logos and the Baxtage name and marks — are owned by Baxtage or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Site for your own use. No other right or licence is granted. Ownership of work delivered under a separate engagement is governed by that engagement's written agreement, not by these Terms.

04Disclaimers & "as-is"

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Information on the Site is for general purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

05Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baxtage and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) to access the Site or INR 1,000.

06Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baxtage and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

07Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
