StudioSoftware, brand and AI video

We design, build and run software. Then we make the ads.

Baxtage is an AI-native software and creative studio. We ship in days what a ten-person agency ships in a month: investor decks, launch sites, brand systems, web applications and automation agents.

Decks · Sites · Brand · Web apps · Ops agents · AI video

Five offers

Five engagements, each with a fixed shape and a defined finish.

Pricing is discussed on a call, because every engagement is scoped before it is priced.

01 · Deck Sprint

The entry engagement: an investor or sales deck, narrative and design.

A ten-to-fourteen-slide deck as a presentation-ready PDF plus editable source in Figma, Canva or PowerPoint: narrative structure, custom layout and typography, data visualisation for your key figures. Two revision rounds after the first draft. Done means you can present and edit it unaided.

02 · Launch Site

A deployed marketing site or single high-conversion microsite.

Three to seven pages, built in React, Next.js or Framer, mobile-first. Design, build and copy, on-page SEO, contact forms, analytics, and deployment to your own host. Two design rounds before build, one polish pass after. Done means live on your domain, forms tested, handover written.

03 · Brand System

A usable identity, not a logo file.

Naming where scoped, primary and secondary logo, type system, colour palette, and a brand book with usage rules. Logos in vector and raster with editable source. Two revision rounds on the chosen concept. Done means you can apply the brand yourself.

04 · Web App / MVP

A deployed full-stack application, scoped to an agreed feature set.

Authentication, database, deployment, a basic admin surface and handover documentation. Milestones: specification sign-off, build sprints, acceptance testing, launch. Bug fixes within the specification are included; new features are a change order. Done means every milestone is met and the code is yours.

Weeks, fixed at scopingStart here

05 · Ops Agent

A deployed automation that takes over a defined operational task.

Setup covers workflow design, build, integration with your existing tools, testing and a supervised first run. Hosting, monitoring and tuning continue after setup. Done means the agent runs the workflow in production, the runbook is delivered and your team is trained.

New · Video

Product photos in. Scripted, multi-scene ads out.

Short-form marketing video, Reels and TVC-style spots, made on an AI generation pipeline without a crew, a set or a reshoot.

Each engagement delivers a finished master at 1080p, with avatars, dialogue, voice-over, foley and brand-locked product shots, plus the social cuts derived from it.

No invented claims, no fabricated customer quotes, and every on-screen number comes from you.

FormatsMaster up to 30 seconds; 9:16 social cuts; 16:9 widescreen
InputsProduct photographs, a brief, brand assets, any mandatory claims with sources
OutputsFinished masters, cut-downs per placement, and the versioned prompts behind them

The pipeline runs in six stages

Stage 1

Script

A script is written and approved, with every mandatory claim sourced, before anything is generated.

Stage 2

Scene plan

The script becomes a shot list with timing, on-screen text and the product moments that must stay exact.

Stage 3

Generation

Image and video models generate each scene from your product photographs, and the prompt behind every kept take is versioned.

Stage 4

Voice and sound

Avatars, dialogue, voice-over and foley are produced and synchronised to the scene plan.

Stage 5

Brand lock

Product shots are checked against the source photographs for colour, geometry and labelling in every frame.

Stage 6

QA and revisions

Names, numbers, continuity and product fidelity are checked before delivery; revisions are then made scene by scene.

Samples

The four spots below were made on this pipeline for Baxtage and for SoftSol, our solar EPC operating system, under the same checklist as a client spot. They are silent masters under eleven seconds; a product-photograph spot adds the generation, voice and sound stages above.

The two SoftSol spots show demo data.

Baxtage anthem · 16:9, ten seconds, silent.
SoftSol, one number · 16:9, plays on click.
The forced choice · 9:16, nine seconds, silent.
SoftSol, one screen · 9:16, plays on click.

The process

Every engagement runs the same way, from brief to written sign-off.

Scope is agreed in writing before anything is designed, and the people who scope the work are the people who build it.

  1. Kickoff brief

A short call and a written intake form capture scope, audience, constraints and success criteria before any design or code begins.

  2. Written agreement

One agreement per engagement, under Indian law, with the statement of work inside it: deliverables, format, revision rounds, milestones and what counts as done. Nothing starts on a handshake.

  3. Deposit, then milestones

A deposit on signature starts the clock. The balance follows on delivery or against milestones with acceptance criteria you approved at scoping, so nothing is due for work you have not seen.

  4. Bounded revisions

Each offer states its revision rounds up front, and feedback arrives as one written set of changes per round from one named approver. Scope added later is a change order, quoted before it is built.

  5. Sign-off and handover

Written sign-off, or the agreed rounds being spent, closes the engagement. Everything the scope names then transfers: source files and code, hosting and domain access, the brand book or runbook.

  6. Same people throughout

No juniors, no handoff: the founder who scopes your project stays on it through delivery, with the team named on this site.

The edge

Small team, AI in the build loop, software we run ourselves.

We are not the cheapest option. The benefit is time you get back: a deck that lands on Friday instead of a fortnight after the meeting.

Speed

AI is in the build loop, not the brochure.

We use AI across the whole pipeline, from scoping to code to video, rather than as a feature bolted onto a slow process. A small studio can therefore take on agency-scale work in days.

Ownership

We run our own production software.

SoftSol, our operating system for solar EPC firms, is built and maintained by the people who will build your product, and runs inside the solar EPC where the founder is CTO.

Operator judgment

The founder is an operator.

Aditya Shah is CTO of Biosel Solar Pvt. Ltd., a related party and the EPC where SoftSol was built. An automation we scope is designed by someone who has run the workflow, not a consultant translating a brief.

Mumbai and Dubai

Built in Mumbai; the founder works from both cities.

A client in either city can meet in person, gets full working-hours overlap with the team, and deals with the same person from brief to handover.

Who we work with

Four kinds of client, and the offer each usually starts with.

We work best with buyers who can decide quickly and want the work finished rather than managed.

Funded founders

Seed-stage, D2C, fintech and SaaS.

You have raised, or are about to, and need to look like a funded company before the next meeting. Start with a Deck Sprint; move to a Launch Site or Web App when the round closes.

Operating SMBs in real industries

Manufacturing, distribution, services, construction.

Your operations are held together by spreadsheets, chat groups and one overworked person. Start with an Ops Agent that takes over one defined task and proves itself before the next is scoped.

Solar EPC firms

The industry our own software was built inside.

Start with a Deck Sprint for a capability deck, or a Launch Site if your web presence would not survive due diligence. If your projects run on WhatsApp and Excel, book a SoftSol demo instead.

D2C brands that need ads

You have product photographs and no production budget for a shoot.

Start with a single spot of up to 30 seconds and its social cuts. Because every kept scene is versioned, the second campaign is faster than the first.

Tell us what you need finished.

Send a brief, or book a call and we will write it with you. You will speak to the founder, not a sales layer, and scope is agreed in writing before it is priced.
